Evolution of an Oak Wine Barrel
Barrels are obtained from local wineries and rings removed.
Red wine coloring is exposed as staves and heads are collected for use.
Staves are sorted by size and prepped for sanding.
Barrel heads are sanded and prepped for use.
Finished versions of barrel staves for votive holders, some complete with original staining from the winery.
